Ingredients
Everything on my menu is made by hand in a small home kitchen, using traditional recipes.
And in order to make the very best cakes and cookies, only the very best ingredients go into them! I use fairtrade sugars and chocolate, organic free range eggs, organic butter and fresh fruit.
Also, I run my little kitchen in a very environmentally aware manner - I use Ecover cleaning products, recycled kitchen roll and I compost and recycle everything that I possibly can! In addition, all the packaging for my cakes is either recyclable or compostable.
Please be aware that I use pecan nuts, ground almonds and almond extract in my kitchen.
